Canadian Carpet Institute

The Canadian Carpet Institute, founded in 1963 in Canada, was established to represent the carpet manufacturing industry in the Canadian region. A national non-profit trade organization, CCI looks after the beneficial growth of the carpet industry maintaining the momentum.

Objectives
Be it the rugs & carpet manufacturers & their suppliers, they are all well covered by the CCI. With a whooping membership list counting upto 90% Canadian carpet manufacturers & suppliers, the organization's goals are too broader in perspective which are :

• To serve consumers such as health professionals, school administrators with practical, technical, educational & issue-related information.
• To find useful information and facts on carpets, from health and safety studies.
• To provide tips for choosing the right carpet & throwing light on its maintenance.
• Supplying ample facts on the charming beauty of carpets having pleasing appeal, warm touch & easy feel.

With an aim to serve the industry & consumers with practical, technical, educational and issue-related information, the Canadian Carpet Institute is also a proud member of the World Carpet & Rug Council, of the Healthy Indoors Partnership and of the National Floor Covering Association.
